Climate Control

Today was the first time I tried making changes to the driver/passenger temps. With the AC on 71 my side, and 79 on the passg side. Outside temp was in the 90's.Have to say, I couldn't feel any difference in temps? Any one else experience this, and if not maybe want to give it a try?
Thanks

Re: Climate Control

it actually makes a huge difference when you have passenger on 85 and driver on 70...
i use it frequently when other friends are in the car...
i like it kinda chilly.

Re: Climate Control

Any ideas, mine doesn't seem to be working either. I do however notice a difference when one side set to 60 and the other to 90, the heater kicks on. Talking when it is 110 outside. Other than that I really don't see a difference when one side is set to say sixty and the other set to 70.

Anybody have any ideas about this? Just got the car and only have about 350 miles on it.

Re: Climate Control

It just seems stupid to me in a car interior that is only +- 5' wide......
Like ....I'm really warm over here...but passenger is freezing?

Re: Climate Control

I was thinking like when one side wants it warmer then the fans to that side would be reduced or a flap would divert the air to one side more than the other. I put my hand next to the vents and I can't tell a difference in air flow or temperature.

Re: Climate Control

Even if it's a placebo effect, my wife (who is usually cold) loves the feature. Therefore I love it too!
