If you have just a thin film of oil as in the OP, try not to drive more than 20,000 miles before fixing it. (It's not a real significant issue)

Yea just one cylinder has the pool of oil, I would say no more than 5 drops. The rest are dry. I don't mind changing it just wondering if I should do both at the same time or just one.

I have a plenum spacer. If I get my valve covers replaced by the dealer, will they decline to reinstall the spacer? Has anyone gotten this done free by the dealer that had a spacer?

i think they will void your warranty because of the spacer...

I have a spacer. They will do it under warranty, it has nothing to do with the spacer. Just had mine done last week.

My question is, didn't they have to remove the spacer to replace the valve covers? ..and if they did, did they reinstall it back? I have no problem installing it myself. Just wondering.

NOTE: I have oil in cylinder #1 (passenger side, rear, near firewall).

I had oil in the #6 cylinder when I changed my plugs about 2 months ago. Oh well...
