no they wont run into problems, i have the dli on my z which connects to only the coilpacks and main harness. the voltage stabilizer is essentially a ground kit if im not mistaken. they will work, but make sure you wire up the dli properly

They shouldn't buck each other at all. The HKS is a proven technology, however, I think you are wasting your money on the Voltage "regulator". The car has one already built in. You also don't want to "regulate" the voltage going IN TO the battery. The regulator/computer in the car varies the voltage as the battery charges, starting out high (up to 15 volts) and then tapering off to a nominal charge voltage (13.8volts). Now if you are running something that is very voltage sensitive, that's a different kettle of fish.

BTW, there are always a few *******s on every forum, don't let them get you down. Cream rises to the top, but so does the scum.

What other mods do you have to justify it?

If you are near stock, i'm not so sure it would justify a $500 ignition upgrade.

Now if you are FI or have a ton of N/A mods..then i could see it.

Orisis (sp?) or Technosquare ECU reprogramming for one. High flow cats, Motordyne MREV2 lower manifold (made the MOST noticable difference on my 05' RevUp). Some say that replacing the rear diff with lower gears really perks things up.

Well its a 5AT. I have the Stillen intake and z-tube, Stillen grounding kit, Motordyne 5/16" iso-thermal plenum spacer, and the coupe midpipe. So other than FI and the valve body and trans cooler. What should I go for? I plan on a ECU reflash aswell.

It is 2003 sedan RWD. and most of the diy ecu reflashers exclude my year so I don't know what to do. So I guess the shop I go to could do it.

I know I decided against trying one however based on the information that I gathered. You could try shooting a PM off to Gordgee to see what he says. They've done extensive R&D on this and hyper-ground kits in the past.
