My fans are both running...just like they should be.
I realize that running the car while its hot is a bad idea. My car hasn't been running HOT, just saw the needle move up 2 notches so I turned off the AC and then I turned it back on when i was going ~40 MPH. No problems since then. I still need to burp the coolant.

what year is your car? I am still awaiting my fans to come and see if that fixed my overheating issues. Weird how your fans are both functioning properly but you still overheat when the A/C is running while your car is in one spot. What else can it be. I am very curious about your problem too. I hope you pinpoint the problem soon as to what is causing it to do this.

Ya, did it again today. I will check coolant level in the AM.
I know it is not related to the fans. I checked them today and they were both spinning and sucking a lot of air.

okay to verify, the A/C fan is the one on the driver's side correct? Because i did a comparison on a friends car and its an 07 coupe, both fans spin high speed constantly when the a/c is on, it doesn't cut on or off.

Yes, AC fan is the drivers side. Passenger side should kick in if the temp gets to a higher level.
Its either that, or both should be on with AC at low level, and fans kick up to high level when its at a HOT temp.

I have 2003 Sedan G35 and i am still having the overheating problem when my AC is on. This only happens in a stop and go and slow traffic....the air gets warm and my temp starts to rise........because when i am on the freeway it works ok and my AC is still cold.. Pissing me off big time arrrrrrrrrr! The dealership said it could be the radiator itself....cuz i already had a flush done, replaced the thermo and made sure my belts are new. Havn't really notice to see if the ac fan turns on actually....going to check that today.
So my question is???
- Where do i get a good radiator and what parts do i need?
1. Radiator Cooling Fan Assembly
2. Condenser (with receiver dryer) <---what is this??
3. Radiator
Is this all i would need to buy?
Thanks guys for the help.

Distilled or a good purified water is recommended (I like reverse osmosis for drinking, but use distilled in radiator)
The 350Z thermostat should not cause problems - I've been using one for years (and in ambient temps that you mentioned)... however, yours may be defective - you could always test it to make sure.

I tested my t-stat before I installed it.
I think it might be the E-fans I'm using with the headers not being heat wrapped or what not. Might not ber pulling enough air. That or there is somehow still air trapped in the system. I've heard that some guys let the system burp for as long as 90 minutes.
have you looked at your oil? Make sure its not getting coolant in the oil.
I think your problem is from your FANS. You need to replace those.

Coolant in the oil? Last oil change seemed ok...didn't notice any difference. I havn't checked the AC fan (driver side right?) to see if it kicks in when the AC is on....BUT...what if it does lets say kickin? then what could be the problem??? How do i burp the dame thing again?
