NA VK45 w/BPU for sleeper G sedan?
I'm looking to get a little more power out of my DD, 360 rwhp is my goal (assuming a 15% drivetrain loss, around 420 bhp). I've looked at a few FI build threads and have seen power figures that easily exceed my goal on stock VQ non-revup internals with a good tune. I really want to increase the power under the curve; a little more low down torque would be nice.
Which is why I'm considering a VK w/BPU.
However, there's a catch... it has to stay relatively quiet. I have to shuffle clients around from time to time and I want to make sure that they aren't deafened by the intake/exhaust. I'll build a butterfly valve assembly for the exhaust when I want it to sound rowdy, but I'm looking to have an unassuming 'pedestrian' sedan.
Oddly enough, I haven't seen many upgrades for the VK. Has anyone on these boards built one? I'm not sure what the VK is capable of.
