I'm pretty sure there is a link to some videos in this thread somewhere.

The lights flash once when the car is locked, and don't flash at all when unlocked. The module has a low current output to control parking lights but neither Dan nor I hooked it up to test it out. One suggestion Dan gave me was to make the parking light output programmable so it only works when you disarm the car.

This is off topic.. but I have the window roll up module and just got the sunroof module from Daniel but havent even opened it yet .. if both are installed.. when issue the windows roll up command, does the sunroof close as well? It seems they both take the same command...

Thanks,
Chris

yes it will
you wont have to push the command twice to get them both to close. we wanted to use the same command specifically for that reason

so all you do is tap the signal from the door unlock/lock?

You also need to grab power and ground, obviously. The hardest part is getting the wire for the beeper through the firewall and under the hood.

That's not soo hard to do. There is already a hole on the passenger side. If you open the battery cover, there is a big black gromet you can open. Stick a metal hanger through there and it pops out of the passenger floor.

You technically could, but I think it would actually take longer to install it that way, because you would have to take the door panel off and then put it back on. However, I'm not sure how loud it would be if the beeper was installed in the door. Installed under the hood the beeper can be heard fairly equally from the passenger side to the driver side, with only a slight drop in distance directly behind the vehicle.

The door lock wires originate from the BCM, so all the wiring can be done directly at the BCM in the drivers kick panel.

alright here we go
now keep in mind that these were taken on my little handheld camera and not on a videocamera. it was also a little windy out side so there is some static. on the distance shots its much louder in person then it is on the camera due to the crappy microphone.
