What is the hole along the side of your car in front of your rear wheel?

Re: TEIN EDFC + FLEX

they are speed holes (a little simpsons humor).

they are the holes that hold the pins for the side moldings. i have temprarily covered them with black electrical tape and i'm going to take it to a custom shop and get them covered properly from the inside.

Re: TEIN EDFC + FLEX

Does the EDFC + Flex allow you to change the ride height or is it just for dampening? I am currently lowered on Tein S-techs and experiencing a lot of scraping. So will going to a full coilover with the EDFC controller allow me to change my ride height when approaching speed bumps and sharp driveways?

Re: TEIN EDFC + FLEX

The EDFC does not allow you to control ride height from inside the cabin. However, the coilover set allows you to change the ride height. This must be done with the car lifted and using their wrenches...they come with the set. The reason I went with coilovers was for that reason. I live in Chicago and in the winter I might raise my car a bit to avoid scraping. Then I can lower it in the summer again.
