Oil Filter Relocation???

Oil Filter Relocation???

Has anyone used this or something like it?? is there any benefit or need?

No benefit, and just addition places for it to leak. Things like this are great for cars the oil filter is a PITA, on the g35 is easy to get to.

I had a complete remote oil bypass system installed in my G when I first bought it. I ended-up removing it because the full flow relocation caused some strange noises which I believe to be either a harmonic vibration from the oil lines or something to do with the oil pump. If I were you, I'd keep the filter where it is, and just add single remote bypass filtration unit and a pre-oiler. Do this without re-routing the full engine oil flow.
