Was there any kind of work done on your car recently? One thing that you can do is do an idle air volume learn on your vehicle. Your vehicle may be out of adjusment thinking that it is rich/lean in the respective sensors. Try that if you can or take to someone that can do the idle learn for you and see if that helps.

yeah, I would try to do the idle relearn. The aftermarket exhaust and intake are just operating out of the factory specs from when the stock was on the vehicle. Try to relearn it and see if that does the trick.

Sometimes when installing headers and exhaust the air flows to fast for the o2's to pick up the correct signal. That is why they put o2 extenders that trick the bcm to think that the o2's are reading in range when they are not. You would have to do that if th service engine soon light is still on after doin the idle relearn.

I do this on my car about every 3-4 months just for the heck of it. I really watch my gas mileage and want to make sure my vehicle is operating optimally.

I never had the light on, I work on nissans/infinitis. I get about 19-22 mpg depending on if I am really getting on the gas or not.
