crap...

So when me and a friend were installing my plenum spacer and iso thermal gasket, he over torqued one of the lower plenum bolts and it snapped. now half of the bolt is stuck in there. Shall I find a ride for the next few days until I can get it out or would it be okay drive for the next few days without anything going wrong...

i'm guessing you weren't using inch/lbs torque wrench, don't risk it i can't imagine it coming out but either way don't risk it just pick up a new manifold from the junkyard from a G or 350z take the z-tube if you can and pick up a new bolt.

Pics? If you can bolt the plenum to the lower manifold with no gaps, drive it to the closest auto place so they can tap and die it out. Pictures would help more.

unless there is a good seal I wouldnt drive it, risking contaminants getting in your motor and producing alot of carbon and other headaches.

You will likely have a rough idle due to vacuum leak. Just pull off both upper and lower plenum. You can probably see the bolt and then all you have to do is remove. You might need to use an easy out/drill.

if your in so cal, there is a place called King Bolt in Covina. Thats all they do is sell difference size and style nuts and bolts. So do like someone mentioned early, easy out/reverse tap then take another one of the same size to King bolt in covina and they will match it perfectly.
