Best replacement front O2 sensors?

I do not know what OEM is - I suspect NGK or Denso. NGK/NTK, Bosch and Denso are available as direct replacements. NGK is most expensive. These are wideband O2 sensors, I know from my previous life that there needs to be some synergy between the wideband O2 sensor and it's controller for the calibration to be close assuming our ECU's don't do an occasional free air calibration before a cold start.

Has anyone had good or bad luck with any of these on an '04.5 or newer G/Z?

Does anyone know what comes in the car?
