SES, VDC, and slip light- Please Help

I know this may be a long shot; however, i wanted to see if anyone could assist me on diagnosing my problem.

I replaced the engine on my 03 g35 with an 04 g35. Everything went well; the car cranked right over, like usual. I turned off the car and tried to turn it on again, and instead of taking 1 second to turn on, it took 3-4 seconds, and the lights came on.

At first i thought it may have been my crank position sensor, but i replaced it and the issue continued. I changed both cam position sensors, and still the lights stayed on.

I removed the transmisson to make sure that i installed the flywheel correctly, and it was installed properly.

What else can it possibly be?

The car is sluggish and the three lights remian on even after reseting the ECU. Can it be my EGR, MAF, or my o2 sensors?

Please help.

Just in case anyone runs into the same problem... we actually ended up leaving a Cam position sensor in the back side (driver) disconnected... Connected it, and issue resolved.
