What next?
So far I have purchased the following performance mods and should have everything installed this weekend.
Injen CAI (running it Short Ram for the rainy months), MD 5/16 plenum spacer, Megan Test Pipes, and HKS replica exhaust.
What other bolt-ons are there and what kind of HP gains could I see?
I don't think I want to do headers because I plan on going FI down the road.

How far down the road are you talking for FI? Are you going to be build the engine or just bolt on the turbo. I assume you are going turbo since you do not want to change the headers out since you will just need turbo manifolds later on.
Only reason I ask is that the money adds up real fast for FI with the supporting modifications. Now if you want to build the engine as well I am assuming you are trying to reach a bit higher power output so then it's just that much more you need to support the higher power output.
I would start saving up for when you slap the turbo on there. However, I am not sure of your time line for doing this and what not so that's up to you.
For other mods you could might want to look and have it so that you can use them now but will still benefit you down the road. You can get cooling mods (Radiator, Fans, Oil Cooler). Clutch and flywheel. You can also do pulleys.

If I had the cash in hand I would go FI tomorrow.. but I want to get Wheels/Coilovers/Body Kit/lighting etc. I was just wondering if there were any other simple bolt-ons that I could add prior to going FI that would add enough HP to be worth my time.
The cooling mods sound like a pretty good route. In due time I wouldn't mind being 500+ WHP but I know that is a long time and a lot of money down the road.

One of my custom grounding kits is a must-have for a 5AT.
