I wanted to gather some peoples opinion of this car. It's been for sale for a while and wanted to get your two cents about what the problem might be. I'm obviously skeptical but let me know the problem might be. The list is pasted below.

This rig is amazing I'm sellin it cause I broke my back at work and am real broke the car needs about a g worth of work 2 be running..we replaced the alarm this winter and the nats system needs 2 be reflashed by a nissan tek with a binary tablet..I need a vehicle so I'm sellin it super cheap..if it ain't sold in a month ill have it flashed my self and it will go back up 2 30k..so my loss is your gain..let me know..
