Frying coil packs.... Help

Hey guys its been a long time since I've posted... I searched and didnt find much of anything.

I am now on my 14-16th coil pack in 8 months. I keep melting them I was running the Greddy EU so we pulled that out got an Osirus tune and it was fine for 4 months. Now im back to frying coil after coil. Some last a week, a day, an hr....

I have check all the grounds, voltage and current going to each coil at the coil and at the ecu.

Has anyone else been having this issues? I dont want to change the factory ECU/ECM unless that is my last option.

PLEASE HELP

just got done fixing an fx35 at my shop that was going through coils. there is a bulletin to replace the ground cables and bolts for the ground connections in the engine bay along with the spot behind the dash. they did that fix at a nissan dealer, then brough it to my dealer......the ecm was the culprit.

So you hand to have the ecm swapped out? or the grounding was this issue?

If it's always the same coil it's probably the ECM. If it's random coils it's most likely a grounding issue. Redo all the grounds in the front of the engine (two on the timing cover join together and connect to the chassis -- 3 points). Remove them, sand down the mating surfaces, clean, apply some grease and reinstall. Do the same to both battery terminals.

I have the same problem except mine is burning only the ones on the drivers side no specific order or no specific one. I've checked all the grounding and everything seems fine. I can't drive it nowhere cause don't want to have to keep going thru coils. Last resort i think is the ecu. I really don't know where to get one for less than $900. If y'all know a place with a more resonable price please let me know. Thank!!!!!!

Undo, clean with a brush, lube up with some grease then redo the front two engine grounds anyways (chassis and engine side), even if you replace the ECU. Coil packs aren't cheap I know how frustrating it is. I kept losing #2 over and over ended up being a bad UTEC. Losing entire banks reeks of a grounding issue.

clean/replace ground cables and bolts. clean the grounds for the ecm behind the glovebox. then replace the ecm.
