Fan Clutch to Electric Fan conversion

Fan Clutch to Electric Fan conversion
After i smelled coolant & found a hairline crack in the plastic upper end tank. I just replaced my oem factory radiator after 224k miles on my 03 G35. This is the first major part i have ever had to change, besides regular wear & tear items such as brakes, battery, and tires...
After going with a Mishimoto dual core all aluminum radiator, my factory shroud will not fit. I noticed there is a lot of room, so i was thinking of removing the manual fan clutch & factory plastic manual fan blade & replace it with a Slim Line electric fan. Have any of you guys done this? If so, did you wire this up on a switch inside the car, or tap into the other pusher fan on the front side of the a/c condensor?
I guess since i ll be taking all of this apart, now would be a good time to replace the water pump & thermostat as well. They are both still functioning after 224k miles.
This car has been awesome for its durability and taking the daily abuse that i give her! I can't complain one bit!
