Think it'd be raspy if you throw HFC or TP on there- As for topspeed... I'd keep looking. As mentioned before there are some good used exhausts available for 5-600. I sold my Stillen (best OEM sounding exhaust I've heard) for 6... just got to keep your eyes on the marketplace.

 

Aight ill take a look! But today, my mechanic son asked if ever thought of redoing a lot of my enging and making it a fadt N/A build no FI, but putting a lot into the car, has that been done? Would it work? I have 90k miles on my car, so i think FI would be bad since its kinda old?

 

I'm not sure if fadt is some weird forum abbreviation I don't know or some specific type of engine upgrade but dude... let me just say off the start that for the right amount of money ANYTHING can work. NA, FI... whatever. Given that you didn't want to spend more than 500 dollars on an exhaust, I'm going to guess that spending 20k on FI with an engine rebuild is off the books.

How about you do this instead: Take some responsibility for your development and go read one of the 1 million threads in THIS forum (nevermind all the other VQ related forums) and learn about some of the trials other people have endured doing "NA engine builds" and "FI builds." Look at the costs, and look at the results.

Then report back with your own opinion of how ridiculous the question was.
