Exclamation Captain needs help . Engine idle problems. What does this sound like

Have been having very rough idle problems for the last couple of months , and Finally have time to try to figure it out. On cold start, car idles fine . Once warmed up , car starts vibrating crazy at 6500 RPM. Idle seems to go up and down as well . Rough idle is most noticeable at a red stop light , and even crazier when going reverse .

Started by cleaning the TB, was a little dirty, but nothing over the top. I also included a vid , checked the engine mounts, seemed fine . Car's idle is so rough you can feel it by touching any exterior part .

Car sounds like it also has a vacuum leak, so currently taking off both plenums and hoses and retightening everything
Any clue?

Have you plugged it into a scanner and see if it's throwing any codes? Vacuum leak on that second video possibly?

When you cleaned the throttle body, did you push the butterfly with your finger to clean it? If you did then start with calibrating your throttle position sensor. Remember the gas pedal is all electronic you can't clean it like the regular ones., Then do a vacuum test to see if there's a vacuum leak, but sounds like random misfire.
