My 03 sedan is shaking at idle. I mean the hole car shakes even under load. I have no cel. change plugs,coils, injectors, mounts, fuel pump and the upstream 02 sensors but it still shakes and u can hear like it's backfiring or farting from the muffler..am lost at this point.

 

Have you done any recent mods or work on it?

 

All i have is injen cold air intake, coupe midpipe and hks muffler..

 

How many miles on the car? Have you performed all scheduled maintenance?

 

165,000..car was fine for the last 3 years no problem, maintain right then started shaking and have gotten worse over time..

 

Sounds like a misfire but that would throw a code.

 

Well it took a month for my car to throw a code when I had a misfire. You should get that fix or find the problem

 

I wish it would throw a code instead of me guessing and changing parts..
