NWP 75mm throttle body review
I can see a small gain with just solo, but you need to allow more air from the valves to the cylinder or you have a bottleneck. Just having all bolt on parts gives gains to a point, but in the end larger valves with a more aggreasive cam would allow all that air in. Kinda like taping two coke bottles together and trying to get more coke out of the same size hole. That doesn't seem right that the larger TB would not produce more power. Did any of the stuff show more torque by chance or was it basically saying that its a waste if you don't do valve train work?
Air intake temps are high in cold weather
Guys, I had a remap before installing the NWP big TB kit. I installed also plenum spacer 5/16" at the same time.
I have seen the air Intake temps on the digital gauges going up too high and getting the ECT high with them (NOT OVERHEATING) but always fans have to turn on to get back the temps to normal.
Do I need to reflash remap my Uprev because I changed mods to my car?
Notes:
1)I have K&N short ram tube with JWT popcharger filter.
2) I don't have the stock air intake vent duct on.
3) have aftermarket headers and exhaust and almost all bolt ons...
Please help
