Fuel Pump Rubber Gasket

I recently Put a walbro 255 in my SC G35 and it was all ok until i started to lose fuel pressure bad the guys that tuned my car said that its the rubber pice that slips on the walbro and in to the sending unit. Ive been picking apart the internet and called Nissan and Infinity and i cant get a part number... Do you guys think this evo one would work...

Part Number Mr431121

Thanks
Mike

Installed the new mitshibishi grommet today and it fit just fine for me. I did add a little piece of fuel line to act as a spacer/added a little length to seal to help it stay in place I little better.
Ill b firing it up again soon once I complete a fe other projects.

Did that Mitsubishi grommet work? I have the same exact grommet issue.

perfect, i went to infiniti today and they were useless, trying to explain the only way i can get the grommet is to buy the 412 dollar assembly....which not only do i think is a lie, its a freaking JOKE. I'm stunned this part number hasn't been discovered, we aren't the only ones who have had this issue.

Anyway, after i left there i went down the road to mitsubishi...with the help of brownie87's part number on that grommet, guy said it'd be like 2.50 or something and he could have it here by tuesday....so i think i'm going to grab one.

How much fuel line did you have to use to give it some length? did you just slide the fuel line down the shaft of the pump and then stick the grommet on top?

To make up the gap I used maybe a 1/2" or less if hose.
When u see how much shorter the Mitsubishi grommet is the little piece of tubing will make sense.
