VERY low idle even after ECU reset, only when cold outside. HELP!

I own a 2004 coupe with the 6mt package. 96k on it, and it has never had any issues. I have owned the car since summer and this issue only recently started.

Problems consist of: After the car warms up, it will idle as low as 200rpm at which point it is barely running at all. The power steering pump can't even cycle that low and thus there is no power steering when idling.

This ONLY happens when the outside temps are below 30F.

I have done the ECU reset procedure many times and i know it has taken. It did not help the issue at all.

The car usually idles around 500rpm which I believe is also low.

It drives perfectly fine but if you put the clutch in and let the rpms drop the needle will go all the way down and bounce off the stop and the engine will almost stall but it keeps running and sits at 200rpm.

The car has not been to the dealer since the previous owner had it there in 06 so I don't think it has had any software updates or anything like that.

The car has no performance modifications aside from a K&N oiled filter that IS NOT over oiled. I, however, have not cleaned the MAF since the summer.

Any help or advice? Thanks!

I will also post this in the engine section. I am new here and don't know the best place for this.

Does the fact that this only happens when it is below 30F mean anything? I will clean the MAF and see if that does anything.
