Help to diagnose weird Data logging data - Bad O2 Sensor(s)?

Three of my O2 Sensors are reading .280V, while one (B2S1) is reading .58V. I do not have any cats.

It would be weird to believe that 3 sensors are bad, so I'm thinking the B2S1 is the culprit. However, I've read through some threads here, and apparently .6V is in the ballpark of normal and <.3V is considered a problem.

My Wideband AFR gauge also recently started acting up. At idle it fluctuates significantly from 10.0:1 to 11.9:1AFR. Under load and WOT, it typically runs 10.1:1AFR. I am in the process of tuning the car, but I have to work out these issues first.

Thanks for your help.
