So I was driving on the highway tonight, 6th gear 70mph and about 3k rpm. All if the sudden my car starts to stuffer and choke. I can only describe it as when your running out if gas and running on fumes. Like that. I had filled up earlier in the day, plenty of gas. I downshifted to 5th gear, same speed, no problems, dropped speed to match 3k rpm, no issues. Upshift to 6th again, immediately starts stuttering. I searched the forums, didn't see anything like this. Any help would be great. The car is my DD.

 

Could be a tranny issue, but sounds like it could be a spark issue too. How old are your plugs? Is it like..hiccupping?

 

Plugs are new NGK's. Replaced them on Monday. It feels like a fuel or ignition issue. It feels like it isn't getting any fuel or misfiring.
