Plenum Spacer and Your Warranty
At the Rosenthal Infiniti dealership service dept., they have a glass case w/ various aftermarket parts. UR pulley kit, springs etc and of course have their dealer marked up prices next to them. I am assuming if they have this display in the window at the service dept. then they do installs on them so if I have them install a UR pulley kit, they cant come back and say 'your pulley kit caused your flat tire (as an example), or that would make them hypocritical....??

I went to both SW and Clear Lake and was much more impressed with the deal and attitude at SW, I guess it just depends on who you happen to deal with. I did most of the 'leg' work on the internet with Mark at SW and Billy at CL. (Both dealerships are owned by the same guy.) I live in First Colony so SW is just minutes from my house and work. I guess I'll see what the service is like when I go in for my 3 month service in a few weeks.

I did all the leg work on pricing, etc....SW had my $ but they didn't get back to me when I wanted to buy, so I just went to CL and got what I wanted.

I'm only 10 minutes from SW (i'm in the galleria area) but I don't mind going down to CL to get my car work done. Let me know how it goes at SW.
