SO, I have just week ago repced my old fuel pump with new DELPHI FE0351. The work took 2.5h and was pretty uncomfortable. When somebody DIY do not lose any part. I also repced the O ring and cover cause it was rusty. The pump can perform 48gph. Pretty good.
And I have noticed the fuel consumption raised from 20mpg to 22.5mpg in urban. I am contempt.In my country there is not much hills and traffic jums there is but depends what time to drive. Performance is pretty much the same. Also there are many diesel cars, cause diesel has good fuel consumption. Anyway BMW 525d 2016 could not beat me nevrtheless it has 100Nm torque more than G35 and was auto. They say that DELPHI is good with mix ethanol 5-10% fuel that EU has already. I guess in USA also.
