NGK Laser Platinum plugs with 50,000 km on it. How do they look? Is there abnormal wear? Are they too dark? The threads were a little wet when I took them out.
They're awful. Replace immediately. Find an image of a new plug. You'll see that yours have eroded down to the ceramic. They're not supposed to be that way. Your gap is enormous. I'm surprised you get any spark at all.
EDIT: why they are that worn after only 50,000 km I do not know. Are you sure that's all they have? Those look like about 200,000 km plugs. If they truly only have 50K, you're wise to try to understand the reason why they're so worn; sorry I can't help with that part.
Those are excessively worn for only 30k miles on them but the color looks good other than a little oil fouling. If that was the only plug that looks like the electrode is more worn down then I would replace it's coil pack as well. If they all looked evenly worn then I would replace all 6 and not worry about it. You should probably do a compression test just so you have an idea how much life is left in the motor since you are definitely showing some signs of oil fouling, I'm guessing your motor drinks quite a bit of oil? There also appears to be oil in the threads, are your well seals leaking?

My suspicions are leading me to believe that they were counterfeit plugs of some sort - I bought them on eBay and they came in a white Nissan box. I had them regapped 2 months ago but the mechanic didn't say anything other than the fact that they were loose and at 0.7 gap. Here is a picture of cylinder 3's plug after wiping it with a cloth:
Excuse the lighting Lot number - 5 instead of 4 digits Wiped down with cloth The text is quite high Excuse the yellow lighting

Before the plugs were tightened I smelled oil burning when I floored the car - since then I haven't noticed it. Cylinder 2 has some dark oil in it that I can't reach - I think its from a while ago. I have not noticed any sort of oil consumption - valve covers were replaced 50,000 km ago. I ended up replacing the plugs yesterday with Denso Platinum TTs from Canadian Tire. It idles like a dream now and the fuel trims (LT) are no longer showing -25%. It is currently trying to correct itself to 0%.
I'd just drive it for 10k kilometers then inspect the plugs again.
I'll post an update in a year then
Im getting amazing gas mileage so far - estimating around 480km on one tank till the light comes on for city driving. The intermittent sputter and cut outs are gone too! The engine feels less torquey but has more building power.
