Valve cover gasket replacement
Hey gang I'm in the middle of replacing my VC gaskets and this is what it looks like. Intakes have build up and orange staining on the valve train. Any ideas what this and should I be concerned? What causes this?

It's oil vapor ingested back into the intake plenum through the PCV system. You can use brake cleaner on a rag and wipe everything down to clean it up or leave it. Or unplug the PCV hose when it's back up and running and suck Sea Foam through the plenum PCV hose to wash it through the combustion chamber.
That looks like a NORMAL accumulation of oil considering the mileage. Installing a quality catch-can will help limit the amount of oil ingested but that is literally what the PCV system is designed to do, suck crankcase vapor back, into the intake so it gets burned up in the combustion chamber.
