OEM vs Aftermarket Chain Tensioner

Going to replace my tensioner because of a light rattle at startup.(109k miles)

What's better? The Nissan tensioner or an aftermarket part? Looking for reliability and not having to do this repair again.

I'd just stick with the OEM one because they're pretty cheap and you can get them at any Nissan because it's the same one used on the DE, HR, and VHR.
