Decent Vortech alternatives

I'm looking to add some FI to my 03 g35, but I don't want to go the turbo'd route to avoid having to touch internals, and beef up the bottom end. Lots of people suggest the vortech supercharger as it is able to make upwards of 400hp on stock internals, but I did a bit of research on it and aside from its price people seem to complain about how loud and annoying it can be. I live in an area where cops would definitely pull me over for hearing the scream of the vortech, and I also leave early in the morning and I can't see my neighbors being too happy about hearing that. On top of that the vortech seems to have a notorious problem of busting the cog belt, and in some cases the serpentine belt.

Are there any worthy alternatives that people in here have used and can vouch for that make comparable power, and aren't as loud, as well as being more robust?

A basic turbonetics kit may be all you need. The Vortech issues have been fixed with “insert-name-here”-Rod’s (Tim-rod, Craig-rod) effectively reducing bracket flex that broke belts. As for the noise. The BOV will be dumping continuously when you are off throttle. It’s really not that loud if you don’t have a race BOV. Turbo will also have a wastegate / BOV and make some noise. There are companies that sell very quiet BOVs…

Think he's more worried about the annoying vacuum/whining sound from the procharger even at idle it can be heard.
