JDM Keyfob
Re: JDM Keyfob
they used nissan key-fobs with cost-cutting in mind... remember Carlos Cohen's nickname??? that's right, "the cost-cutter"....
that being said, I remember the Nismo key-fob for the Japanese skyline is a different style... better looking IMHO....
I have a green chip cover and a black one... don't know why....

Re: JDM Keyfob
I was really bored tonight, so I decided to visit ebaymotors.com to check something out and saw this thumbnail of a Kia Optima on the homepage, so I’m like ahh what the heck (remember I was bored) click on the thumbnail and just looked at the pictures. And then to my utter astonishment I noticed that the key of a “Keeaaa” was better than the one I have for my G. Now I am really mad, I F$%#ING WANT A BETTER KEYFOB INFINITI!
Sorry guys I just needed to vent!

Re: JDM Keyfob
Well for starters, the Kia key has an all-in-one design remote keyfob, just like the ones in the Lexus, BMW, MB, Audi etc. where as ours uses the simple “cheap” key chain style remote just like the ones found on any other Nissan.
Second just like I said before the remote keyfob is no different from the ones found on a Nissan Sentra or any other Nissan. On an Infiniti you would expect a better keyfob design than the ones that are for the Nissan’s.
