Stillen Hi-flo intake - HELP!

Few months back had Stillen intake and custom tube installed. The shop that did it put a hole in my refrigrant hose, cost my over 550 bucks, thats a story for a different thread.....I now need to clean the filter, its filthy, and I don't wanna take it back to those JAKazzzez,.....anyone have a step by step to get it apart and back together again. Appreciate the help.

There have been many warnings about that refrigerant hose. Sorry you didn't pick up on it. Here is a link to K&N. Their filters are washable and you can re-oil them with a K&N Recharge Kit.http://www.knfilters.com/facts.htm#WASHABLE

Well, I can try to help you, but I don't have any pictures...

1. First remove the the clips holding in the center air inlet (long, rectangular tube in the middle, connects to the left side of the Stilen Airbox)
Next, slide out, and remove that tube.

2. Disconnect the cable plugged into the MAF sensor.

3. Remove any screws holding the stillen box down (one is on the right of the box for sure). Depending on your setup, also remove the bolt holding the g/z tube to the plenum.

4. Disconnect the G/Z-tube (runs from throttle body to MAF sensor) from the MAF seonsor (leaving the MAF bolted to the box and cone filter.)

5. If I haven't forgotten anything, then you can just pull up on the stillen airbox, and slide the bottom over the tube it sits on.
This should leave you with the airbox in hand, with MAF and filter attached.

Clean em up, and reinstall.
