VDC, Brake, Slip light come on while driving!!!

I could use a little assistance from the forum here. About a week ago, the "VDC", "Brake", and "Slip" idiot lights all turned on! I had just accelerated hard from a stop and looked down to see the dash all lite up. I stopped, turned the engine off and back on and the lights extinguished. Since then, it has happened a couple of times and when the lights are on, the "VDC" is definitely disabled. You can smoke up the back tires pretty readily. I have done the ECU reset this morning and the lights went out but I am not sure if they will stay out. Any thought on this?? Thanks.

This sounds like the break system recall that happened a year ago. Take it to the dealer. I think t here is a recall about this.

It is a brake sensor that's bad. I had it happen to me and the dealer replaced it. I believe there is a TSB for it. Be advised that while your VDC, ABS, Slip lights are on, your ABS will not work and neither your VDC. I found out the hard way. Good luck
