UPS & Stillen Hate Me!
I hate UPS & Stillen!!
First, UPS screws up not 1 but 2 deliveries to Rabbid Performance
but Fed Ex NEVER let me down. Now I tried to order ( via phone ) a Stillen fascia for my coupe but Stillen's policy won't let it be drop-shipped to a residence unless it's the addy of the C/C holder. OK, I can almost understand that ( helps them deter fraud ) BUT when I speak with 2 people @ Stillen & explain to both of them that John ( Rabbid Perf. ) doesn't have his shop location quite ready so he's accepting parts at his home
& I certainly can't cram the fascia in my G & drive it over to Dallas ( & I am a returning customer plus I give them more than enough personal info to ensure that this ISN'T a fraud scheme ), they STILL won't work with me!!
Yes, I did ask if that was a Stillen policy or the trucking company & it's a Stillen thing ( kinda explains it, doesn't it??!! )

It can be frustrating...
On a personal level...
I've run into some that won't ship to my bus. location
because it's not the same as my cc. address.
You try to explain NO ONE is home to receive, but it falls on deaf ears.
So I take my business elsewhere, if they don't want the sale.. tough

It should be @ John's shop Friday & I'm bringing the G over to him next week ( been waiting on the 2 stage boost controller to come in - it's backordered

Man, NOW I know why most of U guys trash Stillen - their customer service sucks!!
Now they've shipped my fascia to the wrong address but when I called Andrew ( Johnson ) w/Stealin', he gave me the UPS tracking # & told ME to call UPS!!
I buy $700 worth of parts from them & THEY send it to the wrong address but I have to re-route it??
I buy a $100 part from Sharif @ Forged Internals & when UPS delivers it to the wrong addy, Sharif himself gets on the phone with them & straightens it out!
Now THAT'S taking care of a customer!!!
Unless it's a part that ONLY Stealin' offers ( like this urethane fascia ), I'll NEVER buy from them again!!!

I have a stillen front fascia and all I can say is that it is an awesome looking bumper cover with poor quality and bad customer service from stillen. I would never buy from them ever again. Good luck with you front fascia and enjoy.
