Diff between Air Filter and cabin filter

I am new with this forum and got a G35 coupe but is there a cabin filter as well as an air filter or they both the same. If there is a cabin filter beside the air filter, does someone know how to replace the cabin filter.

Thanks

The air filter is located under the hood on the front of the driver's side. It filters the incoming outside air just prior to the Mass Air Flow Sensor. The Cabin filter is located behind the glovebox and it filters the air before it enters the passenger compartment.

To change the cabin filter . . . You will need to remove a piece of lower door trim, a footwell cover, and the entire glove box assembly . . . If I remember correctly.

Actually, you are in luck. Here is the link . . .

I want to take the time Andy to thank the SF members for the 49 'ers win Sunday and giving Houston football fans something to look forward to in 2006
