JWT S1 Camshafts? Worth it?

Hey guys, While i was surfing the web at work today. These caught my attention...

http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/pro...roducts_id=142

Not alot of people talk about these? Are they worth it? Do you gain much? I was wondering if it will be worth it on my 05?

Thanks

Which 05? 6mt or 5at? I don't think they work with the 6mt motor since they have variable valve timing on the exhaust valves.

What year? The S1 cams from JWT (and NISMO) are pretty useless for the '05+ 6MT. I would have gone with the NISMO S1 cams (better reviews on these slightly less-aggressive JWT versions) as well if they worked/were needed on the '05 5MT.

As far as I know there's no Cam that really work with 05+ 6MT. IF you find one I'll be next in line....

it'll work but you'll need an ECU that'll allow you to adjust timing... but for the price.. nope not worth it if you're close to stock.. just get a ECU that'll let you retard / advance timing

if your planning to just swap it with a stock cam without tuning then theres no point.. and even then its not enough difference where you'll feel it.. you'll only notice it on a quarter mile or a dyno

actually yeah lol.. valve lift, air velocity, manifold, porting/polishing, type of valve, timing... type of cam ._.

but to keep things simple.. unless you know what your doing.. an adjustable cam wont do anything much for you vs the price.
