TN for auto just came out - there's a thread in the forced induction section - you might want to do a little browsing in that subforum...

http://www.violentracing.com/ does the Jim Wolf Kits. I would go to them for a more reliable setup...They work on nothing but Twin Turbo Kits for our engines.

And Street Image below, can install the Greddy...But honestly, the Jim Wolf Kits are better.

Which is why i would go with VRT, i believe they do always do a valve body upgrade with the autos.

Thank God...
I'm glad I searched this topic...

Prior to reading this, I was told by a Greddy rep that they don't offer a TT setup for the 5AT (which is what I own). He stated the tranny on the 5AT would not handle it, as well as the shift points being different on the 5AT.

I have hope... now, I just need the $$ to do it.

Is the valve body upgrade the only upgrade needed for the 5AT to survive a TT? How about the torque convertor and other transmission parts? I think a few $K needs to be invested into a 5AT to prep it for a TT.

i have just installed my greddy on my 03 auto coupe.
I only upgraded the valve body, the torque converter isn't really necessary. The vale body makes the shift faster, which will help the clutch packs in our auto tranny last longer. How much longer? No one knows.
