Selling my UpRev Cipher data cable.
You need this to do any data logging and diagnostics. It is also needed to flash your car with UpRev's Osiris flash service.
Cipher supports most Nissan/Infiniti vehicles from 2003–2007. 2007 HR motors excluded.

GAH!!!! Why couldn't you have posted this sooner I just ordered my cable because UpRev was being a pain in the **** about retuning my car locally. I hate them with a passion.

 

Aren't these proprietary to a specific car? Or is that just the tune?

 

is there anything you can do with just this cable/? or is more money going to have to be spent

 

The cable can be used on any Nissan/Infiniti for reading codes, ect.
Once you download a flash to your car that flash is glued to your vin.

Nothing else is needed to use this other than a laptop. The program to use this cable
can be down loaded from UpRevs site.
I used it to check/clear a code and bump up my base idle and timing.

I never ordered a flash for this cable.
