Just buy a new one for ~$30 from advanced auto parts.

Go to their website, search for the filter (will ask you for your car info). It's $49.99. Add it to your cart. Then click "Accessories" in the menu and select "Decals" and then sort price from low to high. Pick any of those $0.99 ones and add it to your cart. Checkout, and put "RETMENOT123" as a coupon code. It will go from ~$50 to like $31 and you can just go to the store and pick up your order there. It will be the same price if not cheaper than what people sell these used on this forum.
