Cobb Accessport

SOLD
Selling my Cobb AccessPort. I used it on a '05 G coupe with the rev-up motor but will work on an 2003-2006 G coupe or 2004.5-20006 G sedan with either manual or auto. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON A 350Z!
I made almost 260 whp on the stage two map @ 6000 rpm! Anyway this was a great power adder and data logger/monitor. You can also bump the timing +/- 2 degrees and play with the idle in 250rpm increments. This also includes a custom mounting unit I bought to mount it in easy view on the driver's side.

POWER. FLEXIBILITY. CONTROL. The AccessPORT is the industry leading OEM ECU flashing, managing and monitoring assistant. Unlock power hidden within the ECU by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations. The result is impressive gains in torque and horsepower while maintaining a high degree of safety. The AccessPORT comes with pre-installed maps that are optimized for common performance modifications.

Tuning flexibility ranges from simply loading one of the included performance maps designed for common modifications. Extract maximum power from virtually any modification while retaining the driveability and sophistication inherent in the OEM ECU.

The AccessPORT's features include:

» On-the-fly map switching
» Monitor vehicle sensor data and display in analog or digital format
» Vibrant color graphic display with First-Ever full 260,000 color OLED, high-resolution screen
» Read/Clear engine trouble codes
» Preloaded with performance, economy and convenience maps
» Update via the Internet
» Measure 0-60 and ¼ mile times
» Adjustable on-screen Shift Light functionality
» Estimates horsepower and torque
» Displays current and averaged fuel economy
» Drag race simulation with reaction time and “time slip” data
» Built in on-screen help mode function
» Multi-Language support
» RoHS compliant (Lead Free design)

Im not sure... You can check the Cobb forums and find out. I would say no. I have a rev-up "de" which has exhaust cam timing. Your "de" does not. I dont know how a rev-up motor tune would affect your car. If it does work ill hook you up for 220; Otherwise price is back to 300.

do you always have to have it connected like in the pic, or can you canceal it somehwere and only take it out for tuning, data logging.. etc.

No you do not have to have it mounted at all. I used it to moniter a/f and mpg's while I drove. It can be disconnected to conceal it from theft or whatever. Once the tune is flashed it does not require the dongle (what Cobb calls it) to be hooked up. Also has valet mode so it can be set with a really low rev limit and kept it in your pocket while at dinner or wherever.. This way valet's can't hot rod it around.

So I talked to Cobb and found out this unit will work on any g35 coupe (2003-2006) or sedan (2004.5-2006), manual or auto. So if you are interested let me know.
