OK, new update.... After a little pestering, Z1 said these will most likely not be available again until after the 1st of the year. In other words, don't hold your breath....

Wouldn't the shaft speed be the same for any other car with a similar final drive ratio? I'm not sure what this "Critical Speed" of the tube is, but would it not be the same for any other car using a 3.5" driveshaft? Don't understand why this would be much different for our cars.

Also, I haven't seen any reports of bad vibrations from others posting on the forum. I'm ready to make this purchase and get the install done.

Well get in line cause I've been waiting for months on a new batch to be delivered so I can get my hands on one. It sounds like there's others that have previously paid for one and are waiting for their order to be completed.

Last time i talked to z1 i asked if i could pre order and they said no because they dont know the new pricing yet. They are probably ditching the aluminum and going foe carbon fiber. The fact that they dont even know pricing yet tells me they dont even have plans on how it will be made which suggests they wont be available any time soon. I hate my life

I talked to John over at Z1 on November 14th in regards to when they will be available again. He said, "They will be available again in a month or two." I guess just keep an eye out.

No replies to PM's or emails as of today for those even still interested in following this thread.

I tried calling at the beginning of the month and left a message... I am starting to think this isn't going to happen.
