Sema 05

Hello All,

It's Sunday and I am back from SEMA.

Here are some great pics of the G from the show (I am at home and will reply to all of the PMs, messages, e-mails, etc.. when I get to work tomorrow).

Let me know if you have any questions...

I also have a video of the fans at 1/2 voltage and full so you can hear the difference. They are wisper quiet at idle. I will get that up on the site as soon as I can.

I will be back tommorrow with more info and updates from the show...

More pics... The board only allows 10 in 1 post and I had 11

Also, I am 99% sure I found a stand alone set up for all of you HP hungry guys and you 05'ers. It is from one of the top names in tuning... Stay tuned I will have info tomorrow when I sort through everything at the office.

I know... I couldn't stop looking at it.

FYI: Turbonetics is upping their price to $6495 for the kit. So I can't stress enough for people to contact us to get locked in at the current GB special price. Once this is gone I can guarantee the price is going up $500 and most likely closer to $1000...

I thought I read somewhere that there will be 4-5 versions of this available including 5AT and tuner models?

Just to be sure... the 5AT is not available yet correct?

That is correct. The 5AT version has not been R&D'd yet. The following is a list of all of the versions that will be available:

6MT no cat
6MT w/ cat
6MT Tuner
5AT no cat
5AT w/ cat
5AT tuner

Hey Escobar,

According to my sources getting the piping, etc. to fit the 05 is pretty basic. It is controlling the Rev Up engine that poses a problem. However, I talked to an AEM rep at SEMA and they were successfully able to use their EMS on a 350Z. The trick is to get the plug and play harness for say a Honda and use the pinout for the 350Z/G35 ECU and hook it up yourself. This would allow you to use the TNs kit on the 05.

The only issue is that AEM does not support custom set ups like this. They only support the exact cars their EMS is made for.

However, if you would like to get the kit and try this out for the benefit of the whole community, I would work with you throughout the process and give you cost on all of the parts needed to make it work.

Let me know
