Front Center Crossbar (@ control arms)

I'm looking to clean up some undercarriage issues/wear/tear/scuffs on my cross member. It is between the front wheels, a foot back from the radiator support areas

Factory 2004.5 Infinity Service manual.

It is on page FSU-8 and they call it the Front Cross Bar

it doesnt bolt to the tranny mount..I am fairly certain that there isnt a bracket except for the one with the transmission mount inside.
