does this help protect against hard scrapes too? and about how far back does it go on the underside of the car?

 

It's almost the exact shape of the oem

 

He is also coming out with a bell housing panel as well.

 

So does this protect better than the plastic against scrapes or what?

The plastic pieces don't offer much protection at all. They are notorious for falling apart. Metal last much longer and actually will provide protection to the areas.

Just need to get the coupe rear piece posted - it's ready
