Squeaky Clutch Pedal Fix!

So my clutch pedal has been squeaky and driving me nuts for a while now and I finally decided to figure out how to fix it. First I just tried some white lithium grease and it worked only for a day. So I decide to pull it apart and figure out where it was coming from, and found that it was the clevis pin that was causing the squeak. So I removed the pin and found that it had some wear marks and no grease left on it. In the FSM it states the pin should float freely which it did not. So I used some wheel bearing grease and pushed the fork down slightly to lube the pedal and both sides of the fork where it contacts the pedal. I then pushed some grease into the hole the pin goes through and pushed the pin through from both sides then lubed the pin and reinstalled. Its been a few days and it hasn't returned. Here are some pics from the FSM highlighting what was removed and greased once you get in there you'll see what needs to be done. Hope this helps fix the squeak some of us have.
