I used the Nissan Oil Filter #15208-65F00. Don't know what the aftermarket cross reference is though, sorry. I plan to keep using the Nissan filters for now.

You can use the very common Nissan 15208-9e000 it works nicely and is probably cheaper than alot of other filters. i think list price is around 5.25. it happens to fit just about any infinti product :]

 

Is that part bigger or smaller than the stock filter?

The 15208-9E000 doesn't fit everything, and to my knowledge do not interchange with the 65F00, be careful, watch for any leaks... We sell all of our filters for $4.38 Ea. (discounted).
