FYI Florida only

Hey guys just to put this put there to you guys as you know i am a mortgage broker.

Rates are low low low and people looking to refinance their house, now is the time.... I can get up to as low as 5.75% 30 years fixed (this is a very good rate for a refi). So if someone is stuck in a high interest rate pm me for details. Also I can only work with Florida files.
If interested call me at 407-334-3961
Thanks
Hope this helps
C.J.

Let me know bro i will work it out for you. Especially right now, we can do a 520 credit score and above for only 5.75% 30 years fixed provided there is a steady job involved

I'm buying one for investment purposes though, market is coming back up so from this past Sept./Oct. up to, like CJ said, March will definetely be the time to buy or find a great deal on a property.

*I'm a Realtor aswell* CJ is your office right in front of the wal-mart between rouse and colonial? i think i might have seen your car there a few months back.
