I originally thought the new GUI was just updated software/firmware for the existing UTEC, then another guy posted a link with the picture I posted and said he thought it was the new UTEC with the Windows GUI interface. Here's a link to the thread I read:

In all honesty, Jeremy or Sharif will have way better information on the new UTEC interface than I do. I just posted the picture and info so that the people planning on buying a UTEC soon, could wait for the new GUI if that is what the UTEC Delta is.
