Go to a different dealer after the kit is removed or does nissan/infiniti put notes in a database of some type?

It's not an Infiniti issue- Ryan has an extended warranty underwritten by a third party. These companies sometimes send out an adjustor, like they did in this instance, to confirm a shop's findings when there's a high-dollar claim on the line. When he inspected Ryan's car, he opened the hood and saw the turbo setup and immediately denied the claim. These warranty companies keep records and Ryan will run into the same issue regardless of which dealer he visits or how many parts he removes from the car. They know his car has been heavily modified.

Unfortunately, there is not much more to this. This is a risk that is taken when modifying these cars. Ryan, feel free to give me a call if there is anything I can do to be of assistance.

i cancelled my extended warranty a long time ago cause i realized what a rip off it was

and you guys have to understand that Lokey did everything they could on this matter but once you run out of warranty and you go into the extended warranty, you are at the mercy of which ever third party co you sign up w/
