I got a rather nice deal on s-55 sevas wheels, but I have heard and seen stories/pics of the rims breaking and cracking...... What do u guys think?

There will be examples of every brand of rim breaking, that doesn't make it commonplace not to mention the circumstances surrounding it are often unknown. As far as I know Sevas is a solid brand, unless you are doing some extreme driving I wouldn't worry about it.
